The Square One Band recently had the pleasure to play at the Olde Pink House in Savannah, GA to celebrate the wedding of a beautiful couple. The event was a blast, with those in attendance partying to the wee hours of the night. The couple made a great choice in their photographers, Jade and Matthew from Jade and Matthew Take Pictures. So Where Do You Want to Get Married??
With so many choices to make when planning a wedding, I believe the biggest one, which needs to be decided first, is where you would like to get married. This might seem like a no-brainer, but in actuality, there is much to be thought about when deciding the specific venue for the big event. Questions such as the amount of guests you will be inviting, the travel that family members (some perhaps elderly) will have to endure, the hours and availability of the venue, need to be answered. Having played at hundreds of weddings over the last few years, I can tell you that the venue and its staff can make or break the ceremony/reception experience. So before you sign on the dotted line, make sure to have all your questions answered and all potential conflicts worked out.
