Wedding Menu Ideas

Having played several hundred weddings, I am constantly amazed at the choices that need to be made when deciding what to do about food choices (and their are many!) for the big event. A friend of mine is getting married soon, and asked me if I had any ideas concerning what he and his bride to be should do about the menu.
